    Last week took us on a trip to the heart of the Wexford countryside.

    Picture this backdrop, a river surrounded by greenery running just below the back garden of a beautiful country home.  The sound of the water and of birds singing. Your back patio looking out at this scene.  This is home for one of our recent clients and we just love how they have brought that airy, peaceful and relaxing feeling right in to their home.

    For their kitchen which overlooks this setting they have chosen the elegant Verona Beige which ads warmth and character to their kitchen while keeping with that natural feeling.  This beautiful rectified lapatto porcelain is timeless and compliments any interior design choice and I just love what they have done with their area.  This tile runs right through to their sun lounge, back hall and downstairs toilet.

     

     

    Just off this room is their main front entrance hallway for which they have chosen Dublin Oak Laminate.  This is a beautiful warm laminate which marries perfectly with the island worktop in their kitchen and keeps the flow from one room to another.

     

     

    They have chosen Himalaya Gris and Blanco Agues for their downstairs W/C and upstairs En-Suite. Completely in vogue, this stunning grey and white combination is elegant and current.  This is a choice that will not limit them with either paint colours or accessory choices meaning that they can change the look of these rooms as frequently as they wish with minimal effort.

     

     

    For their main bathroom they have chosen to compliment the beautiful natural light with the soft tones of Regent Natural on both wall and floor, adding a little character at their sink area without overpowering the room with the minimal Rainbow Emperador Mosaic.

     

     

    Although opting for carpeting for their main bedroom, for their guest bedroom they have chosen White Maple laminate.  This floor brightens one of the darker rooms in their home and keeps with that natural feeling once again.  Absolutely perfect for that country home look and feel.  Ideal for making that guest bedroom that extra little bit special yet practical and easy to keep.
